A condominium, timeshare resort, Oceancliff is located at the former site of the Bronson Villa, a gracious retreat on 20 acres of rolling, manicured lawns with spectacular views of Narraganset Bay.

With direct water views outside on the private deck, inside the Oceancliff Tower 45 condominium suite offers central air and heat, complimentary wifi, and elevator access to two levels in which to relax. Downstairs provides a living room/dining area/kitchenette including full- size refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, two-burner cooktop/bedroom with full-size bed and shower bathroom. In the living room area, a pull-out couch and two chairs are situated by the flat screen TV above a gas fireplace. A spiral staircase leads upstairs to a spacious master bedroom suite with a king-size bed and bath with Jacuzzi.

Contemplate the splendor of yachts sailing on the sparkling bay, enjoy games on the lawn, dip in the indoor, glass-covered pool and hot tub, dine at the gourmet bay-front Safari Room restaurant, and stroll past magnificent homes to Breton State Park on Ocean Drive. Water Front View
The unit was nice, but I wish I had known about the spiral staircase and made it difficult for me to get up and down. My cousins rooms have a regular staircase up to the third floor. Outside of the room, the hallways had a multi smell to it. Inside the room was OK. I was disappointed I had to give up my room to sleep on the couch downstairs. The unit could use some updating. The ice machine did not work at all the entire time we were there. It would’ve been nice to see which side of the complex we were on. It was completely on the other side that was pictured. Other than that, the view was very nice and it was a good time with my family.

Not operational pool and hot tub
Clean, large bedrooms, and comfortable pull-out couch (that my adult son slept on). Only issue was pool and hot tub were advertised but not operational. Previous reviews on different dates in different years say the pool was closed as well. Seems like the pool and hot tub are broken often.

Beyond my expectations!
The condo was even better than the Brno description. Very comfortable beds and pullout sofa. We attended a wedding on the premises so the condo’s location was perfect. We used the complimentary shuttle one day to go the wharf…. It was so convenient and easy to arrange. Food and drinks at the Safari Room were wonderful. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful condo. We are already planning our next vacation there!

We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and nice furniture. Very large terrace/deck with great views. MBR is very big! Pull out sofa was large and fairly comfortable. Kitchenette is small but full size fridge which is important to us. We chose this location specifically because it is close to family but please note it's probably a 10 min drive to downtown, so you can't walk many places but then it is also quiet. The apartment inside was in great shape as was the gardens but the outside is looking a little worn. We would definitely stay here again.
