Absolutely panoramic Ocean views are yours from this fabulous Nye Beach condo! It has a great open floor plan which makes for a very comfortable and relaxed feeling with all the comforts of home. It is located on the ground floor which makes it easily accessible with a designated parking space ( # 107)directly across from the front door.

Not toddler proofed. Wall heaters low to floor with no partitions in place. Open stairs out deck to ground level.

It has one large bedroom with queen bed and two full bathrooms. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests as well as a roll away bed available to accommodate a total of 2-4 people. Relax on the covered deck to view the ocean and fabulous sunsets, or enjoy the grassy lawn directly out the patio doors. Cable HDTV in the large living area with available DVD player. Free Internet access. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and enjoy your meals with all the finest dinnerware and service. Many extra condiments with coffee and teas. Within easy walking distance you can enjoy the quaint historic Nye Beach district with lots of restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and gift shops, or enjoy a stroll on the beach. The deck is protected with plexiglass front and overhead coverage and has chairs for sitting to enjoy the fresh outdoors. Or enjoy the fabulous sunsets from indoors as well as the wild winter surfs.

The Ocean
The ocean view and sounds were amazing. Quick and easy walking access to the beach was a bonus. Being in the heart of the Nye Beach offered many options for dining and arts. The condo was super clean, comfortable and well organized. We look forward to our booking.

Outstanding location
You could not find a better location for Nye Beach. Quick and easy access to the beach and all the best restaurants just a short walk away. The decor is a bit dated but the view is unbelievable. It’s a great place to stay.

Great Beach Getaway
My husband and I stayed here for a weekend, but it would be a great place for a week or two. the condo is fully equipped and sparkling clean, bed is comfy and you can't beat the location at Nye Beach. Park your car and walk to great restaurants, shops and, of course, the beach.

Just Perfect!
My husband and I had a wonderful week at this beautiful condo! The view was absolutely amazing! The condo was very cozy and comfortable and the location in Nye Beach was just wonderful. We loved staying here and hope to return soon!

I can not recommend this place enough - although not to much cause then it will always be booked and I wont be able to get it again! 2 min walk and you are on the sand at Nye Beach! Across from the Tap House and food is YUMMO! The owner of this condo is spectacular and 5 star!

Great condo and location
Clean and well- stocked condo with a great view. Loved the lanai! Easy beach access. Everything we needed and then some. Nice appliances and meal prep items. Roomy and comfortable bed and furniture plus 2 bathrooms! Nice neighborhood and close to grocery stores, etc. Great restaurants on the harbor. We really enjoyed it!!

Amazing Getaway
My best friend and I had the most amazing, wonderful and relaxing time at your condo. You felt so comfy and relaxed. We also loved the little extra touch of a welcoming gift which we greatly appreciated in the evenings along with the gift certificate. ❤️ There were so many extra touches to our stay which made it so wonderful and we will definitely be back!!!

Nice, cozy place
We knew that ocean weather in Feb. might be an issue, but it actually wasn't too bad. We had a nice, cozy place to be indoors with a great ocean view when needed! There were extra blankets to curl up in while watching tv or the ocean. Access to the community of Newport was easy and we found lots of good places to eat.

Sweet Spot
This place felt very homey. Our hostess had the mostest! She provided a nice welcoming gift card to a great breakfast place, nuts and chocolate, coffee, hot chocolate and all sorts of condiments in the cupboards. Oh and the location is absolutely fabulous! After a 2 day drive from Montana it was awesome to check in and be able to walk right out onto the beach. Thank you Shirley! Wish we could have stayed with you longer!💕

Absolutely Relaxing
This was a great condo. We were impressed. The pictures don't do the Condo justice. It had EVERYTHING we would need. The view was spectacular. While we were there we got to witness the Siletz Indians down on the beach, celebrating the change in seasons and celebrating the Sun. It was amazing. Such a great location too. The food was to die for. Thank you Shirley for the gift card to the Pub. We will be returning one of these days. Shirley was also very friendly and kind to deal with.

Great location, great views and comfortable.
In spite of the rainy, cold weather we were comfortable in the condo. It did take all of the heating devices going to keep the temperature comfortable. The location is perfect for beach walking and the shops and cafe's in Nye Beach. The building was having some construction/repair being done, but was not disruptive. The complex and the interior of the condo could stand some updating. My opinion is that the price was high for the overall condition of the condo.

Amazing View!
If you're looking for a quiet place to relax and be by the ocean, this is perfect! I loved rising early and having my coffee on the patio, listening to the ocean. The weather was not so great, so I don't fault the condo for that, but with the fog, there were days we couldn't even see the ocean. You are definitely walking distance to restaurants and shops, although we weren't overly impressed. We spent more time by the marina, bay front. It was also less windy there. But it was only a 5-minute drive so that was really no problem. The condo had all the amenities we needed and it was very comfortable. The living room was nice and bright and comfortable. We highly recommend.

Great value at Nye Beach
We celebrated our 27th anniversary at Sands Lookout at Nye Beach. The location is within walking distance to many little shops and restaurants. This lovely condo is well stocked with everything you would ever need. It is clean and cozy. We ate at the Sandbar & Grill. Their food was excellent and very reasonably priced. We also enjoyed the Nye Beach Market Cafe with similar results. If you are craving a treat the NW Beach Sweets shop will accommodate you. These are all located right at Nye Beach. There are a number of fun shops close by. The access to the beach is just a few hundred feet away. There are several miles of beach to take delight in - jogging, beach combing, kite flying, sand castle building, or what ever you enjoy doing. This location also has many added attractions in the area: The Aquarium, Marine Science Center, multiple shops, restaurants, lighthouses, and much, much more. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Great relaxation and accommodation
What a delightful place to stay--right on the ocean! From the balcony or inside the living room, I could watch the waves, tides going in and out, and see when it would be a good time to walk/jog on the beach. Watching out the window made me better at predictions than the weatherman for the days of patchy sun and rain during those days. The apartment is on the modern-comfy style, and located about a half a block from the hub of "old Newport" town. This part of Newport has only a few blocks of fun shopping and wonderful dining. The conference center is right there also. The lighthouse and boat docks are a few miles away but worth going to see. There's great eating places there also. The owner goes the second mile -- -- The place is super clean and pleasant. -- There was even a gift certificate for a cafe nearby. -- Contact the owner any time and she'll be accommodating. Many thanks to the owner, and best wishes for your trip to Newport at this pleasant facility!

Wow, this place is fantastic! Better than the pictures. The moment you step in the door & see the big blue ocean through the wall of windows facing the huge beach you know you made the right choice. A panoramic view all the way up Agate Beach to gorgeous Yaquina Head lighthouse to the jetty at Yaquina Bay. We watched beautiful sunsets right from our lanai and even saw a new moon set, incredible. Our condo was well furnished with everything we needed & more, we had no problem sleeping all night in the comfy bed. Nanas Irish Pub has a very good menu & is an easy 4 or 5 minute walk through the historic Nye District with all the interesting shops & cafes. The Chowder Bowl has wonderful bread pudding and delicious Marionberry Cobbler and all these & more are just a 2 minute walk down from our front door! Don't miss going into the restored Yaquina Bay lighthouse to see how life was lived in 1871 and the Yaquina Head lighthouse too, with its spectacular views & amazing interpretive center. We would say, call Shirley, reserve this ocean retreat for a great vacation, colorful photos & long lasting memories.

Clean and Spacious--Great Location on Oregon Coast
We loved staying in this condo. It was very clean and had many comfortable touches. 1) There were "real" bathroom rugs in the bathrooms. 2) The kitchen was stocked better than any other condo we have stayed in (and we have stayed in a LOT of condos in 29 years). It was nice to have cereal/soup bowls that were big enough for a salad w/o it falling out when you try to eat it. Can opener that worked. Several large bowls we used to dump ice trays into to store up ice and "corral" the local produce we purchased. 3) Several kitchen dish rags and towels so we could have a fresh set every day. 4) Pegs in several places to hang jackets, hats, purses/bags, wet towels. This was SO HANDY!! 5) FIRM bed with a nice soft blanket and lightweight comforter--perfect. 6) Screen patio door so you can leave it open and hear the ocean. 7) Excellent wifi. 8) Easy access to the beach next to the building. 9) So many great things to do in this area--or just sit on the porch and watch the ocean. 10) Decent furniture One thing I wished was different was that there a bright light on the back side (ocean side) of the condo building. I like to have it really dark when we stay by the ocean so we can see the boats out on the ocean after dark. I would definitely rent this unit again if we return to the central Oregon coast.
