Charming waterfront TWO STORY townhome with gorgeous views of the bay and bridge. Make your Newport getaway special in this charming townhome on the bay.

Master bedroom, master bath, kitchen and living room are upstairs. There is a total of fifteen stairs from the main entrance to the main living area. Garage, guest bedroom, guest bathroom and laundry room are located on the main level.

Just south of the bridge, within walking/biking distance of South Beach State Park and jetty, Oregon Coast Aquarium and Rogue Brewery as well as Newport Public Fishing Pier. Newport’s Historic Bayfront is only a little over a mile away and offers many restaurants, specialty shops, and up-close and personal look at the Sea Lions. Yaquina Bay Lighthouse is also a little over a mile across the bridge where you can catch beautiful panoramic views from the top and check out the tidepools at the water’s edge during low tide.

Revel in the lovely views of the bay and bridge and get comfortable in the living room, which boasts a striking orange sectional, wood floors, and plentiful natural light. If you're looking for a beautiful condo with an amazing view of Yaquina Bay and bridge, look no further! This condo was furnished with EVERYTHING we needed to enjoy a couple of relaxing days on the Oregon Coast. This is one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in.

You won’t need anything else because this host has thought of everything. The kitchen is stocked well enough that a professional chef would be happy. There are puzzles, cards, movies to entertain any age the location is perfect. And the place is the cleanest VRBO rental we have ever stayed in. We wanted just a few days away from home and actually had to force ourselves out of this lovely place to explore!

This place was the most comfortable, clean and well equipped of all the places we stayed over two weeks in California and Oregon. Plenty of room for myself and two young adult children. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need to prepare any meal - and the host was very responsive and helpful.

This condo is amazing. We stayed for one week and it was very comfortable for 5 adults. The view, location and proximity to bay & ocean incredible! The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. The unit was decorated beautifully. We enjoyed cooking in the gourmet kitchen. We will definitely be referring to friends & family!
