Love this nicely appointed apartment with everything we could possibly need and very responsive, accommodating hosts. Great location! Walking distance from downtown wharf area as well as the mansions on Bellevue Ave. Highly recommend this rental especially for couples.

Unit was spacious, clean and very modern. Beds were comfortable, towels and all accessories were very nice. Well located in a nice neighborhood setting, east walk to town but not in the busy area. Parking was a huge plus. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

Fantastic spot
Fantastic location and the place was spotless when we arrived. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Our host was easy to reach and returned messages in a timely manner. They were so accommodating when it came to things like early check in and parking for our guest. We will put this on the top of our list when we come back to Newport!

Great spot for Parents and Baby!
We had a wonderful stay at the Mill House. The whole Newport strip/ beach was walking distance which was helpful for baby naps and allowed Mom and Dad to have a few drinks since we could walk everywhere. Off street parking was fantastic and the owners made everything so easy! We will be back! We should booked mmore nights!

Perfect Place and Location in Newport
We were in Newport for a wedding. This first floor apt was exactly what we needed: Walking distance to wedding venues, easy parking, close to grocery, well equipped kitchen for snacks and meals on our own, great bath and bedroom, good A/C, best of all very quiet. Absolutely no complaints.

My first trip to Newport and this rental made the trip perfect! The apartment at 98 Mill St is located within walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. With the off street parking at the unit we were able to leave the car and walk almost everywhere. The unit itself was exactly as described, very well appointed and clean. The owners were very responsive and so easy to work with! There is nothing more we could have asked for. We loved our first trip to Newport and will definitely stay here again when we return!!

Just a few blocks from the action on Thames Street and Bellevue, but “ far” enough away not to hear any noise. Owners wonderful to deal with-so accommodating. Easy parking on site ( a huge bonus in Newport). Super clean. Only ( and I mean only) downside is pets are allowed and we had a barking dog in the unit below us who was yelping when his owners weren’t there. But when we mentioned it to the property owners, they immediately addressed it. We would book again

Clean, bright (does this sound like a toothpaste commercial?), well-provisioned, and waayy closer to the "action" of Newport than we thought. Really easy to checkin/out. The hosts responded immediately to any questions, and were very pleasant. Maybe it was "out of season", but the price was a great deal.

In the heart of downtown, car not necessary! Close to all boutiques, galleries, restaurants and cafes. The property is immaculate and updated. The owners were very responsive and flexible with check in time. We will definitely be back, thank you for a great weekend stay!
