You'll get your share of breathtaking views from this brand new condo located just south of the Yaquina Bay Bridge. This vacation condo boasts views of the bridge, Yaquina Bay, and the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy crisp sea air mornings and peaceful evenings filled with the sounds of passing boats, birds, and sea lions. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and hardwood floors. Watch the activity in the bay from the dining room while enjoying a nice meal. The living room has brand new comfortable seating for all and a fold out sofa sleeper for the evening. The second bedroom has a queen bed, plenty of storage, and is perfect for two. The primary suite boasts a luxurious California King bed with beautiful decor and is the perfect place to relax. One of the highlights of this vacation home is the Jacuzzi tub. Set in a windowed alcove with views of the bay, it's absolutely fabulous! The luxuries of this condo make it an excellent choice for your small group getaway. Seafood & Wine Festival
Amazing view! It was so enjoyable to watch all of the comings and goings in the harbor. Stayed here for the proximity to the Seafood & Wine festival-it couldn't have been a better location. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location with great view.
The house is in not far away from the harbor and you can watch fishing boats sailing through your windows. But there is loud noise coming from the bridge in the evening. There is sand on the carpet when we checked in. There is not enough cleaning supply for our stay, but we got some from the local store. Water heater is small, and it runs out of hot water after my kids took shower. But overall, we are satisfied.

Second time here, we love it!
We love staying here. Our only issue was not receiving an email with check-in information, but we were able to call and get the codes easily. We’ll be back. Great location, beautiful views, just perfect for us.

THE VIEWS!
Sunsets, strolling, easy to access, walkable to the aquarium.. not to mention lovely inside too. It was just perfect for us. Bring an eye mask to sleep, though. Those huge windows make for bright mornings but we can’t complain, considering the gorgeous light and views they offer.

Great Spot!
Note that it is a Condo and not a townhome. Entrance is on 2nd floor above the garage. We were a little confused checking in but I had two tired toddlers yelling at me while trying to figure it out so probably just me. Great location. We went clamming in the bay right in front of our place. Pier is just down the street. Great View. They do have a no Crab policy but that makes sense due to location next to Pier and how messy and stinky that can be. Overall we reallly enjoyed it and would come back. Having a garage was nice as well.

The door to the property isn't in the garage, it's upstairs so I was a little confused. And the ad didn't mention that you can't cook crab in the unit but aside from those things we had a great visit! Thanks for having us

Comfortable, Clean, Conveniently located! This spacious condo was a gem and I feel so lucky that we were able to stay at this property so last minute. All amenities were provided and the instructions for use were so clear. We even took advantage of watching a DVD. MY ONLY COMPLAINT-the balcony door is tricky!

It is always a pleasure staying here. We have stayed here many times over the past 5/6 years, and always love it. It would be great to see the windows cleaned on the outside, in the last year we have stayed here three time, and noticed the windows do not look like they have been cleaned. In the past years, they always were clean, I know this is the beach, but, they have not been cleaned in awhile. The glass door to the patio, is great Thank you

Although the jacuzzi tub didn’t work and a few blinds were missing in the bathroom, making privacy a bit awkward. Nothing hanging a few towels couldn’t fix. Other then that we had a good time.

Great Location and Set Up
Spacious accommodations in a great location. Enjoyed watching the boats go in and out of the harbor. Room sizes were generous with nice bathrooms. Kitchen and family room both large and comfortable. It was also nice to have a garage to park in. Elevator made packing stuff in and out easy. Very simple and straight forward leaving instructions. A few notes: The heat is radiant floor heat - so be sure to turn on as soon as you get there. Kitchen had basics for cook / bakeware, but be sure to bring any condiments / spices / foil / ziplocs you need with you. Garage keypad may have dead battery - so grab the opener from upstairs to use while you are there.

Outside, there is immediate access to a paved walking path that goes past Rogue Brewery, the OR Coast Aquarium, the Hatfield Marine Science Center and to the estuary. Or you can walk along the road out to the south jetty. Inside, the beds, chairs and couch are very comfortable. I recommend this condo.

This condo was perfectly located and such a wonderful and comfortable place to retreat to. All the amenities were taken care of and we had no issues. I read prior reviews about not having trash bags or dishwasher detergent so I came prepared with my own but didn’t need any of it, everything was there. Also the windows were so easy to use, the directions were straight forward. I will book this condo the next time we come to Newport it was perfect!

The beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms lovely, even laundry in unit if you needed it. The great room area was in great conditions, all of the furniture was new except possibly the dining set. Everything we needed was right there.the only glitch we had was no garage door opener was there so we had to park one of our two vehicles on the street.We would absolutely rent this condo again!
