Welcome to the CAL ZONE! This is the best of lakeside living! Lake Memphremagog is a special place located on the border of Canada with half the lake in the U.S. and half the lake in Canada (31.6 miles long). The cottage is just steps from the water and offers the best of feeling cozy however roomy and has all the creature comforts of home. We have a large yard for games and the views of the lake and mountains will never get old no matter what season it is. The sunsets are sensational and unforgettable. Our area also offers plenty of hiking and fishing nearby, we have a walking and biking path very close to the cottage to walk or bike downtown offering restaurants, ice cream shops and shopping.
