Downstairs offers wonderful living spaces with excellent access to the large outdoor terrace, which runs the length of the house. The kitchen-dinning area has a brand new, well-equipped kitchen with a hob, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and round dining table. The utility room is just off the kitchen and houses a washing machine, sink additional equipment and storage space. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating with a large smart TV, books and games. French doors lead from both the dining room and living room out on to the rear terrace area with a large BBQ, outdoor eating area and wooden hot tub.

At the front of the property there’s a large front gravel drive that will easily accommodate all your vehicles. 1. **Start in London** – Get onto the **M4** motorway heading west.
2. **Follow M4** – Stay on the M4, passing through Reading, Swindon, Bristol, and crossing into Wales over the **Severn Bridge**.
3. **Continue on M4** – Travel past Newport (Wales), Cardiff, and Swansea.
4. **Take the A48 & A40** – After Swansea, follow signs for **Carmarthen** via the **A48**, then merge onto the **A40** towards Haverfordwest.
5. **Turn onto A487** – At Fishguard, take the **A487** towards Newport.
6. **Arrive in Newport, Pembrokeshire**.
