This updated condo offers a covered deck, large windows, access to a shared swimming pool, and a great vantage point for whale watching, storm watching, or viewing spectacular sunsets over the sea.

Fantastic location and views
Within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Over 110 stairs to get down to the beach, however. The kitchen has basic essentials.

Great condo with million dollar views
This little condo provided everything we needed for a great get-away. The balcony and view of the sunset were the best! While the bed was comfortable, the pillows were flat. The kitchen was fully stocked which was very handy. The parking spot was super close, too.

Belated Birthday Getaway
This was our first time staying here but the condo met all of our needs!! We were two blocks from Nye Beach and our favorite restaurants. We would definitely come back again. The view of the ocean was breathtaking!!

Perfect room for a couple needing a 2 night getaway. View of the ocean can't be beat - just wonderful. Easy beach access down a long, very sturdy staircase. Laundry and garbage bins easily accessible if you need them. We don't like watching TV while on a trip, but my hubby did want to catch the end of a basketball game and can you believe the TV was set to the exact channel when he turned it on - like a festivus miracle :) Water pressure is excellent and HOT which is great for showers. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Excellent place we would go to again! Some improvements would help a lot - range has shifting and uneven burners; toaster is broken (only toasts on one side); it could use a small table or high chairs next to the counter since there is no place to sit and eat.

Perfect Ocean Getaway!
This cute studio unit is a perfect stay as far as location, view and accommodations! Nye Beach area is great to get out and walk to shops, restaurants, etc. Would give this 5 stars but we had some glitches that needed addressing. Thanks to Matt the local Vacasa manager who was there to help work out the issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

This condo was clean, but worn. Buttons were broken on the appliances (dishwasher and microwave). We were also disappointed to find some dishes had been put back in the cupboards dirty. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great little condo! Comfortable bed and small kitchen. Great balcony! Definitely needs mold taken care of in the bathroom and a new shower curtain to replace the moldy one. Also, we had difficulty finding our parking space due to parking numbers needing to be repainted.

King Tides- 2024
A great place to stay to watch the water. As mentioned before the beach access is either steep stairs or down a couple of blocks for public access, both options worked well for us. Initially there was no heat in the space but Matt responded immediately to our text and came out and put in an element where one was missing- it was toasty warm the rest is the weekend. We would stay again, the bed was comfortable and while it isn’t packed with supplies, we had what we needed to be content.

Love the location and view. The property just needs some attention - sliding door was not usable, kitchen sink sprang a major leak while we were there, the heater sensor must be broken (it never turned off unless we turned it all the way off), and it would be nice to have more utensils so less dish washing. Water pressure is excellent!

The views are breathtaking, Wi-Fi is fast. But, no cable or DVD player (despite being listed in the amenities) and no chairs on the balcony. The bathroom cabinets door is broken and is falling out.
