Discover your new home away from home in Newport with 3 bedrooms. This large 1,628 square foot centrally located townhouse condo features a king bed, queen bed, and two full beds, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep when not enjoying all that Newport has to offer. There's a large private patio on the first floor behind the condo accessed from the sliding glass door it has an outdoor water spigot if needed. The first floor also features a large bedroom with queen bed , large closets and ample dresser space. There's the second bedroom on the first floor that has two full size beds, ample closet space with mirrored doors and room dressers. Additionally is the full bathroom, full size laundry machines and a large walk in storage and coat closet. The second floor features a large living room which is comfortably furnished, TV with surround sound, tiled 1/2 bathroom with storage closet, coat closet , galley style kitchen with white floor tile, two leather bar stools at the kitchen counter in the dining room and a large dining table for six. Off the dining room is a second floor outside deck complete with oval dining table with umbrella, abundant deck chairs for seating and a large stainless steel charbroil grill for your cooking desires. Moving on from the dining area is the staircase to the private third floor main bedroom which has a balcony at the top of the stairs and landing overlooking the living room. There is a linen closet located in the hallway as well and the full bath is separate from the large king size bedroom. There's a large mirrored closet, a separate large walk-in closet, two nightstands and two large dressers for ample clothing storage and organization. Amenities include electronic lock for main entry, Sonos music throughout the home including all bedrooms, central heat & AC controlled by guests, WiFi, solid flooring throughout with the exception of staircases being carpet and new full size clothes washer and dryer. With three bedrooms and four total beds, 3 bathrooms, including 2 bathtubs, two separate outdoor deck and patio areas, your stay will be comfortable and convenient. I'll be available to answer any questions prior to and during your Newport vacation getaway and assist in many recommendations.
