This clean, charming home is located just steps away from Newport's finest restaurants, vibrant waterfront, shopping and nightlife. The condo can accommodate up to 4 guest with a King bed in the Master Bedroom and comfortable Queen Size Pull-Out in the Living Room.

There is not a reserved parking spot associated with the condo but there is a large public parking lot located directly adjacent to the home. The cost from May-October is $20 per day $30 overnight. Parking from November-April is free.

We were in Newport for a wedding and extended weekend. Great little spot for a quick getaway! Everything was clean, checkin was beyond simple and parking across the street was great!

Impeccably clean, yet still cozy, stay in a stellar location. This place couldn’t be more convenient…great location to everything, including the pay by the hour/day parking lot across the street, restaurants, shops, and nearby arcade for the kids! Just steps away form shopping, restaurants and the water. Very comfortable and well set up place. Appreciated the parking lot across the street -- you can pay for all day parking and come and go from the lot as needed. It was very convenient as parking is challenging in Newport. Our stay was a brief one night but the condo had everything we needed. The location is perfectly situated for a very short walk to the waterfront and shopping. Communication with Troy, the owner, was easy and he responded promptly. Condo was as described and precisely what we needed!

This property was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. The convenience was top notch. Parking in Newport is quite the challenge so having the lot across the street was fantastic. The apartment was just as nice as the pictures. We would love to come back for another stay.

Cute apartment, met our needs as it was right in the middle of the "city". Walked to dinner every night. Took trolley tour, ghost tour, cliff walk, rail explorers...loved every minute of it. We'd do it again.

This condo is perfect for a couple stay in downtown Newport. When they say steps to Thames Street, it is literal steps. Perfect location for shopping and dining. Communication with the host was timely and informative. Check in a breeze. If you're someone like me who does not care for hotels, would recommend.

Newport condo
We had a great 3 day stay at Troy's condo. The location in PERFECT for a short visit to Newport, literally 100' from the center of Thames Street. We walked to shopping, restaurants, a harbor tour, and St. Michaels church (Kennedy wedding site). The Breakers were less than a 10 minute drive. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this location.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely condo for a few nights. Troy answered any questions within minutes and was super responsive. The place is convenient and walkable to many many sites, and it was very clean and comfortable. Location is easy walking to restaurants and museums. We could not have asked for anything more! Wonderful stay
This condo was perfect for our Newport getaway. The unit was extremely clean and comfortable and the location could not be beat. The shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure--though some corner shelves for toiletries would be useful. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked--though unnecessary given the plethora of outstanding restaurants within walking distance. The parking across the street was a major bonus and reasonably priced. The check in process was very easy; Troy sent very clear directions and even notified us that we could check in early. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if we come back.

Location Location Location
Perfectly situated in downtown Newport. Literally steps away from the restaurants and shopping we came to experience. Couldn’t ask for a cozier place. Very well kept in the heart of it all. The decor is modern, stylish and very much up to date with a cool beach vibe. There’s even a public parking lot within 10 steps of the door. Takes the challenge out of parking which can be an issue at times in Newport. Highly recommended and without a doubt would stay here again.
