Nestled in a quiet, pristine, prestigious neighborhood; we welcome you to relax, take in this dreamy paradise, and breathe in the fresh ocean air. You are welcome to enjoy the scenic yard and common outdoor areas on the property including picturesque outdoor eating areas and lounge chairs in the yard. BBQ grill is welcome to our guests. Your suite includes a private deck and quaint outdoor dish washing station for your convenience. A short walk to famous beaches and the upscale yet adorable Corona Del Mar village with amazing restaurants and shops. Walk 10 minutes to Little Corona Del Mar State Beach and only a few minutes drive to Crystal Cove and Pelican Hill. Kitchenette amenities include a mini fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. Whether a romantic getaway, solo workation, or friends’ retreat, whatever your reason you will find the beautiful surroundings therapeutic and perfect for self care. decided to spend a couple nights in Newport Beach area and we could not have picked a better place - as we love crystal cove park (walking distance) and the neighboring restaurants which were a short drive from home base. Very quiet and it felt like we were living in a tree house. Saw some interesting birds on the grounds as a bonus.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property is set back in a very picturesque setting. Very beautiful and quaint. My only complaint is that we heard all the noise from upstairs. There is a permanent family living upstairs. When the kids fight, we could hear ever word.

Walkable and a short drive to so many activities; beaches, boating, restaurants, hiking trails, shopping. The yard and room were so tranquil and peaceful with the background sound of running water and green foliage. Recommend!!

Property is adorable. Perfect for a single or couple. I had a few hiccups with internet(my wrror).make sure you have the interbet cose to log on handy because i couldn't access any info since my 5G was in a dead zone. Alsi keep in mind you need to heat the unit with the space heater since the thermostat works for 2 units and you cant adjust. Im always cold, so i needed the heater goung all night. error) abd they immediately assisted.

Vrbo review. “The listing advertised an outdoor dining area with a BBQ, but it was located with the upstairs unit, not ours. It didn’t feel appropriate to use a space that belonged to someone else’s rental, so we couldn’t cook at the property. Also, soundproofing is an issue—you can hear everything happening in the upstairs unit. While a couple of minutes of ‘activity’ might be funny, an hour of it when you’re trying to sleep is not. The location is great, but there are other properties at comparable prices with better reviews in the area”

Great location and property. However, I’d like to suggest that the property manager supply disposable paper plates and utensils to use instead of having an outside dishwashing station with the hose. Hot water and soap are important to keeping dishes sanitary. The place overall is great, but needs renovations. Although location is what they got. We enjoyed our stay.
