**Oceanfront Luxury Home with A/C, 2-car private garage & EV charger**

This three bedroom oceanfront home on the Balboa peninsula is one you will not want to miss. This gorgeous beachfront provides an open kitchen concept, with quartz counter tops and 48" VIKING range and appliances, and is ideal for entertaining friends and family, or enjoying beach lifestyle more privately. The second floor master suite is complete with a sitting area, separate spa shower and freestanding Kohler infinity edge tub / fixtures, a balcony and windows overlooking the Pacific. Patio includes sliding Weiland doors, a BBQ island and fire pit. It is an idyllic place to enjoy the highly favored west coast sunset.

There's no need to wander too far from home for entertainment, shops, and beach fun around the Newport Pier, or to get out on the water with a kayak or stand up paddle board rental from Paddle Power. The 19th St Bay Beach is right around the corner, offering relaxing bayside views of calm waters and passing yachts. The Balboa Fun Zone is a hop skip and away! You can easily find boat rentals, trips to Catalina island, whale watching tours, charter a fishing trip, or take the kids to the old-fashioned arcade next to the Ferris Wheel. The famous Balboa Island Ferry departs from the Fun Zone area every 10 minutes, taking you across the Newport Harbor to scenic Balboa Island in a short 5 minute ferry ride through a myriad of marine life and luxury watercraft.

Property comes supplied with a starter kit of household essentials to last a few days including; paper towels, dish soap, dish pods, sponge, trash bags, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soap and laundry detergent.

Rental Agreement must be signed with Host. Rental Agreement will be sent out via email/text after booking is created from external email address.

Beach Vacation
This is a nice house. All modern appliances. Plenty of room. The great room concept along with the patio are very comfortable. Then if you want to be alone each bedroom has its own bathroom. The view from the upstairs patio is fantastic. Parking is no problem. I parked my Yukon easily. Close to restaurants, a small market and anything else you want in the quietest part of Newport Beach. I would stay here again.

Everything (including Kitchen) and utensils, was fantastic. We usually stay and go to Maui and are used to vrbo rental kinds of stays. This house has a great location and it is perfect for a nice, big family to stay and enjoy. An added touch is that the kitchen utensils were good quality and not lacking. Also, lastly, that incredibly BIG glass sliding door to show the fantastic view. My grown adult kids I could tell really enjoyed the house and amenities.

Can’t beat the view, we brought our pups and they had a blast playing in the sand and greeting everyone passing by on the boardwalk! The only downside was the BBQ and oven/stove. We cooked in for all our meals and had some issues with those appliances. I think the oven needs a servicing as it didn’t cook a few meals at correct time/temp, and some burners didn’t light fully. BBQ had some issues lighting all the burners -again a thorough cleaning would be helpful. We will definitely back. Fantastic vacation. Thank you!!!

A new home with full facilities and stocked well on the boardwalk. Grocery not far. Fun Zone is an easy walk. Bikes and surrys a close walk to rent. Everyone had a great time and the fire pit was a big bonus after dark! Great fun was had by all!
