First, when I say I would stay again, that means a lot.
The location was great. I loved being right on the beach. As others have said you're about two blocks from the walkway that is in front of most homes. It was nice not having that as it made the home much more private and allowed for some of us to be on the patio while some were on the sand, but we were still together. Side notes about the patio: even in direct sunlight you could walk on it barefoot and not burn your feet and has an automatic awning attached to the house which I loved since I can't spend too much time in the sun. There were several chairs, table, beach chairs, sand toys, and umbrellas for use. It is also an easy walk to at least a few restaurants (we didn't explore too much), a grocery store, and a park for my grandson.
Parking is often a problem in a beach home but we were able to park a Chevy Tahoe and Toyota Corolla HB inside the garage and a Honda Civic right in front of the garage.
The interior of the home was comfortable with plenty of space for 8 adults and 1 one-year old - both sleeping, getting ready, hanging out, etc. The WiFi was strong enough that my husband could instruct his online class from the house. There was more than enough items in the kitchen for cooking. There were plenty of towels, paper towels, and TP.
The only slight negative I can even mention is that the a/c seemed loud, but you get used to it and the house stayed as cool as we wanted so it was well worth it.
