Located between Newport and Balboa Piers this mid Century 4 unit building on West Balboa Blvd Is perfect for short walks to either Pier and many fine restaurants, as well as the Balboa Ferry and the Catalina Flyer. This Studio apartment has a full kitchen. There is a comfy queen size captain's bed with storage underneath and ample closet and drawer space. Side tables are laptop tables to provide a workspace. Amenities include Smart TV, Cable, free Wifi, coin op washer and Dryer, there is a gas BBQ with table and chairs on a shared patio space. 2 Tommy Bahama Beach chairs and Boogie Boards are provided and stored in the garage with the laundry. This is a ground floor unit. There is a small bathroom with a NEW SHOWER!. Street Parking only. Quite hours are very important. No animals allowed on property due to allergies. Such a great spot.
The apartment is very clean, and literally has everything you could need. It was such a sweet and comfortable place to stay. The location is amazing as well. I really enjoyed my time in Newport and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay in Newport Beach
We stayed here for two weeks in March. It is conveniently located in the middle of the peninsula, about half way between the piers and halfway between the ocean and the bay. We had a wonderful time.

Massey Balboa stay
Very nice property with convenient location between Newport and Balboa pier. Clean with nice amenities in the room. You could here the other guests through the walls but was not a big deal.

Very cute studio. Very clean, exactly like the pictures. Perfect for the two of us. Roughly a mile in either direction to food, shops. Only a block from the beach!

Wonderful little getaway
Perfect size for 2 people. Clean and quiet. Just cross the street and it is a beautiful walk along the boardwalk to Newport. Second time staying! We will be back!

Perfect for place for a relaxing long weekend
Wonderful place to stay! Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect. Street parking, but never had a problem finding a spot not too far from the studio. Just a short walk across the street to a less crowded part of the beach, but not too far of a walk to the shops and restaurants. Great outside seating area, perfect to hang out and relax. Directions for everything were well written and easily understood. Overall—a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again.

Great rental
My sis-in-law and I stayed for 3 nights and had zero issues with the property. Very well appointed and stocked studio. Location is fabulous!! Messaged host about nearby restaurants and she responded right away. There is a binder though with a list of restaurants, how to access tv and such. Had neighbors on both sides and had no issues with noise. Recommend.

Get away from the snow
We have stayed at this address before....not this studio though. We have now stayed at unit A, B, and C. They have all been clean and comfortable. We had a hiccup with the water heater in this unit. The owners were quick to respond and act on the situation, priceless!! We will definitely stay again, maybe we will try unit D next time! Thank you owners!

Just right for our stay
Perfect location, very clean and cozy. It is nestled right between Bay Street, which is a very high-end residential area (i.e. mansions galore) and the beach, which has a miles-long pathway and perfectly sandy beach that was not crowded when we were there in May. We felt very safe at this location and enjoyed sitting outside on the shared patio. The bed is super comfortable and we slept great. The couch is decent, I do wish the sitting area had been a little more comfortable. Everything was very clean and well-stocked. It was nice to have the kitchen so we didn't have to eat every meal out. We walked everywhere - it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Newport Beach and about 20 minutes to the other end near the Balboa Peir. If you have time, we recommend the sunset cruise in the bay and Fly N Fish Oyster Bar in Newport Beach. It's a touristy area, so a little challenging to find the "gems". Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A Delightful Stay!
Everything was wonderful. Perfect location, plenty of parking, had every amenity we could need. Though we could hear the person yawning on the other side of the wall, we have no complaints. Really hope to be back!!
