4 bedroom 2.5 bath upper condo unit was constructed in 2007 and is one of the largest condos on the Newport Peninsula. The unit is almost 2200 SF and is located at 48th Street and River Ave, just 3 houses from the sand on the Newport Peninsula. The unit comes with a private garage and additional parking space. The unit also has 2 fireplaces, one in the living room, and one in the master bedroom. The unit has vaulted ceilings throughout.

Nice large house
Great property. Very clean. Lots of room for a lagre family or 2 families. Tvs in all bedrooms. A bit further from beach than we normally get but not far at all, only 5 min walk. Quiter than by the boardwalk which was perfect as we had Grandma and Grandpa with us. Parking was so helpful! Would stay again!
