So fun!
This house is very close to a beautiful beach that is excellent for young children. You can also go to the beach across the street and play in the waves. This was a great option when you have Younger and older children. We took the trolley to fun zone!!! Went parasailing for my daughter’s 13th birthday!! What a great trip!

One of the cleanest places we have stayed at. Loved the easy access to the beach, keyless locks, washing machine, etc. Bathroom is a bit cramped.

Perfect getaway and stunning house
We stayed here over Memorial Day for our son's High School Graduation. Price was very affordable. House was so beautiful and perfect for what we needed. The host Cindi was so nice and accommodating. She was very quick to respond when I had questions. The beach was a 1/2 a block away. We had the best time and absolutely loved the property! Definitely will come stay again! Thank you Cindi!

Fantastic!
We had such a wonderful stay at this property. The location is beyond words (both the beach proximity as well as neighborhood), the condo was clean and comfortable, and we all slept soundly in comfortable beds. We wanted a relaxing beach vacation that also had proximity to Disney as we went there for a day and this area provided the best of both worlds. We would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful location, a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Perfectly situated between both piers. Good communication/responsiveness from hosts. This rental could easily be a 5 if the main bed that creaks terribly every time you turn over was replaced, along with new bed pillows and area rug replacement with non-shag area carpets.

Cosy, clean, and convenient stay near the beach
We really enjoyed staying at Cindy's house. It's a very convenient location, especially with kids: two great playgrounds with beach are within walkable distance. Everything is present (including dishwash / laundry tablets, etc.), fully stocked kitchen equipment etc. The place is clean and has a nice vibe to it. No garage but it was easy to find free parking very closeby.

Perfect Newport Beach House
This little beach house is perfectly located, cute, and clean. It had everything we needed to make an easy stay. The beds are super comfortable. Checking in and out couldn’t have been simpler. Street parking in March wasn’t a problem. We hope to book it again sometime!

Great family vacation
Property was clean, easy to find, close to the beach. It was so nice to have a kitchen to maintain routine with the kids, close to the beach for mid day rest! But off the main sand strip away from the hussle and noise of bikes, kids, parties etc. we rented bikes to ride to balboa pier, And walked to Newport pier easily. The bay beach and park were perfect for morning coffee, just a block away. Thank you for hosting our family.

Great location as long as you do not mind a lot of noise in the morning. Apartment overlooks a nursery school playground so sleeping in will not be easy. Other than that, hosts were wonderful,. Place was clean and location was stellar.

Great location, close to beach, harbor, shopping, & dining. Very comfortable accommodations with great beds & bedding. Adequate storage for your stuff too so you don’t need to live out of a suitcase. There’s an AC unit which helped when it was hotter. Overall it was a beautiful unit that met all our needs and if we had any questions we were able to text the property manager & would get a quick response. Would definitely stay there again & highly recommend it!

The property is great. The down fall is parking, you can’t park In front you park on the street and make sure it’s not on a street cleaning day. The unit is perfect for three people. You can walk to restaurants and shops.

Great property in a great location!
The property was perfect for our family of 4 and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very cute and clean. The best part of this rental however is the location. Walking distance to everything. Once we hit the grocery store we barely had to move the car the whole time. Cindy was wonderful to work with and anything we asked for she provided. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
