"This property met all of our expectations. It was very large, spacious, clean, welcoming and comfortable. I especially liked the little "touches" that Stephanie provided, i.e. her information booklets of places to go and eat, welcoming drinks, etc. I will definitely rent this property again when we are visiting New York. "Enroute to the motel, I took a look at some prior reviews and got real nervous. Luckily, I found them to be very misleading (false even.) Cons - Entering the room (#1) it smelled like cigarettes. "The photos of the home were accurate. It was very roomy and nicely furnished. The owner was easy to communicate with. If you’re going in the winter be aware that the house is at the end of long private road which was a bit daunting with the snow. "
