Darling Apartment in Private Lake Community - Sleeps 6!

Enjoy all that Newnan has to offer in this quiet, lake community just 30 minutes south of ATL. Our space is just 2.5 miles to the historic Newnan Square (boasting numerous eateries and boutiques), 5 miles to Cancer Treatment Center, 1.7 miles to Ashley Park (Newnan’s outdoor shopping center) and 30 minutes to Peachtree City or Senoia. During summer months, expect to see numerous hummingbirds who love to eat local! This is a private apartment above our main home. At times, you may hear noise from below as we work and live from the main home.

Beautiful Apartment
My daughter was getting married at Vinewood Stables nearby. This apartment was the perfect place to stay that was close to the venue. The space was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The perfect place to relax after an extremely hectic wedding day. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the Newnan area.

We had a nice visit to the area with this apartment as a place to rest each evening. The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. I did think it odd not to meet our hosts, even when they drove past us in driveway. Also, the listing states the apartment sleeps six. We were a group of five, yet we’re charged a $25 “additional guest fee.”

Great location
The neighborhood was beautiful and very close to downtown eateries and shopping! Shannon our host was quick to respond and her place is super cute and comfy BUT I thought it was more like a condo but it’s actually a large space above someone’s private home which felt awkward to us. That would have been okay except in the middle of the night you could hear their baby crying and the couple fighting as if they were in the next room. Needless to say we didn’t get a great nights sleep and departed early the next day. As long as you know you’ll be above a private home you should be good staying here but bring earplugs.

This was a spectacular find!! It was exactly as it was advertised, although better in person!! Shannon was extremely responsive for any of our needs & wanted nothing more than to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. we will 100% be returning!!
