"Wonderful apartment right in the middle of Unionville!"

"This property gets high marks on all fronts except one, the location. It is on the second floor of a shopping strip at an intersection with traffic lights. If you’re someone who can fall asleep under noises, this place is of great value, bargain even. If you’re not, then maybe it’s not for you. To elaborate, with traffic lights, you get to hear motorcycles and cars ramp up from the first gear loudly. I think the price has factored in the noise issue, especially given how modern it looks."

"We were given instruction to clear the trash at a specific location, which requires several minutes drive to get there. When we got there, the staff told us it requires a minimum of 10 dollar to dump trash. We were not informed about the cost at all! Another thing is we asked if we could street park the car and were told to read the local signs. As we didn't see any sign on the street, we parked one of our three cars on street and ended up getting a ticket of illegal parking. These incidents...

"We had 2 separate bedrooms and a full kitchen. I didn't realize the room access was in the backyard when we checked in, so I accidentally went to the wrong room and tried to unlock the lock box to no avail. I don't know if I missed that in the description of the room, but it would be nice to have that reminder in the message before checking in. "My teenage daughter and I had a wonderful stay here. This is a very clean, modern, and cozy place to be while being a tourist in Toronto. The drive to and from the city was a very quick 40 minutes. The bed was so comfortable and we had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasure. Thank you for making us feel very welcome! "

"No complaints at all on property or hosts. It was a very cozy basement, perfect temperature, great amenities, wonderful bed. The hosts accommodated an early check in and even made sure i knew i could park in the driveway midway through my stay. Hosts like that are so rare and appreciated! Neighborhood was so nice, people friendly, and plenty of stores if one is needed. Just know that Richmond Hill is not close to Toronto Downtown (about 40 mins). Trips are costly (via lyft for me, $55CAD per)...

"This apartment came as advertised. It was very clean, well kept and spacious. The host made a point to greet us shortly after arrival and introduce herself. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. Communication with the host was excellent and there were no problems. I highly recommend these accommodations. "

"This space worked perfectly for three of us who were attending a wedding and wanting to avoid staying in a hotel. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Nice amount of space for all of us. Located below a lived in home, you definitely know people are above you, but always respectful about being quiet in the evenings and early mornings, which was appreciated. Would stay again."
