"Decent little room for the money. A little noisy, but there was a major event in town so every hotel was booked to the gills. Not too surprising."

"This hotel was very affordable for my family. I love the many options of activities, from bowling to arcade games to a waterpark to a ropes course, bumper cars, go carting, etc. It was all wonderful. However, it is obvious that they are short staffed or something, because our room was not clean. Handprints all over the mirrors with every mirror in the room, wrappers and food on the floor, the toilet was filthy, bathtub was also in bad shape. The hotel provides shampoo, conditioner and body wash in large bottles in the bathtub, but our shampoo was totally empty. Continental breakfast was amazing. Everything was great except our room was a hot mess."

"I loved the feel of the hotel property, especially the pool! This was our first time staying here despite many trips to Spokane. Now I'm thinking we should go every summer to enjoy the resort-like pool at good prices while enjoying various restaurants around Spokane. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows. None were firm, despite there being four on each bed."

"The property is beautiful, however it’s in the middle of a zombie apocalypse scene so be careful venturing outside without appropriate tools. Staff was mostly good but seemed annoyed for us to be there. Limited yet expensive food choices and (being nitpicky) the pillows were super thin. Bed was maybe too soft if that’s possible? "
