"This was an inexpensive room. The rug did have some stains. The paint in the bathroom was new but the trim was poorly finished and there were some cosmetic issues. The room was older but it was clean as was the bedding. The room door opens to the parking lot. There is a nice overhang with seating provided. For the price I am not upset. "My husband and I needed a place to stay near family for Christmas, along with our (adult) niece and nephew, and our dog. Clark's house had plenty of room for all of us! We so appreciated the warm welcome we found when we arrived: bacon, eggs and bread for breakfast, and a local liquor to unwind after the drive! There was even a cute Christmas tree to get us in the holiday mood. Thank you, Clark! We will definitely be back! "
