The room was older but it was clean as was the bedding. The room door opens to the parking lot. There is a nice overhang with seating provided. For the price I am not upset. "If you are looking for a clean bed and hot shower then this is your place. It is a very retro motel. There are no frills, at all. There is a micro/fridge. If you want a clean, safe place to stay this does the job. The diner next door has really good food and fast friendly service. "

"My husband and I needed a place to stay near family for Christmas, along with our (adult) niece and nephew, and our dog. Clark's house had plenty of room for all of us! We so appreciated the warm welcome we found when we arrived: bacon, eggs and bread for breakfast, and a local liquor to unwind after the drive! There was even a cute Christmas tree to get us in the holiday mood. Thank you, Clark! We will definitely be back! "
