The space
I'm very excited to welcome guests to my modern house only a 5 minute drive from Sunderland City Centre. I hope it will form the beginning of a enjoyable stay in this stunning part of the UK. My home has been recently renovated, thoroughly furnished and I have added quirky features to the property making some great spaces for some memorable photographs.

My property sleeps up to 11 guests, 4 Stylish bedrooms, two with super king size beds(can be split), two with one double bed each. It is located 1.5 miles from Sunderland City Centre. You can walk into the city, however, there are great bus routes or reasonable taxis companies available should you prefer.

Ground Floor
When you enter the property you will be greeted by a hallway space which provides access to the downstairs bedroom with a double bed. To the right will be a doorway leading into the living space with large sofas available, a large TV and the dining area. The kitchen will also be found on the ground floor just after the dining. Through the kitchen at the rear of the property is a large patio with bench space and a garage.

First Floor
On the first floor you will find the other three bedrooms, two with a super king size bed each that can be split into two single beds and one with one double bed. This floor also contains the bathroom area for guests, which includes a shower and bath tub.

Outside Space
A great feature of this home is the outside space available. On the ground floor is a private fenced patio space to enjoy.

We provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and toilet rolls. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there are a range of local shops and supermarkets in the area you can purchase more.

Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the property.

Other things to note
Please put rubbish in the bins provided. Bins are located in the kitchen and toilet. Bin collection is Tuesday.

Pets are not allowed on the property, it is not best suited to pets coming to stay.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £100 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
