First the parking area are not properly instructed. There are no signs etc. checking in was quite a pain as well. At first the lady in the reception couldn’t find our reservation and that need to call her colleague to help her. The room assigned to us are located at the very end corridor and we got lost at first as we need a lift to get there and it was like a maze run puzzle to find it. The Bed was the most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever had. It’s sinking and the pillow was horrible too. We always stay in IHG property and this one so far are the worst. The breakfast selection are so poor and cold.
