Disappointing stay - poor communication and hygiene issues
I would not recommend this property or booking through Stayz. The experience was very disappointing from start to finish. Communication with the host was terrible - messages via the app went unanswered, and phone calls left me on hold for an extended time. I only received check-in instructions after persistently calling, which delayed our arrival. Even worse, the address we were given was different from the one advertised, and parking was challenging to locate. The apartment itself was poorly maintained. There were no basic essentials such as dishwashing soap, hand towels, or paper towels. The fridge contained an opened milk popper, and to top it off, we found a cockroach and hair in the apartment, which was unacceptable.Overall, there was a lack of accountability from both the agent and Stayz. This experience has made me reconsider future bookings through Stayz, as I believe other platforms offer better service and more reliable listings.For anyone considering this property, I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere to avoid a disappointing experience.
