This exceptional roof top provides a 360 view of Newcastle, the views up here are absolute amazing, whether that be to look over Honeysuckle, over to the lighthouse, across to Newcastle Beaches or up to our valley. The roof has you covered, with an entertaining area providing a BBQs, wine fridges, TV’s for sporting events, sun lounges, tabletop fire pits, or simply lounge inside appreciating the views watching the ships come and go.

The sunrises and sunsets up there are not to be missed!

The Amenities:

POOL: If the roof top isn’t enough there is a stunning pool area, to cool off in across our warm summers. The pool is well catered to adults and children providing a viewing window inside the building always a hit with kids.
GYM: Should you wish to keep your fitness up there is a fully stocked Gym available for you.
PARKING: There is an extra wide car space available comfortably fitting all vehicles.

The Apartment:

The apartment features 1 bedrooms with a flat-screen TV and for the additional guests and extra pull-out sofa in the lounge.

A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven & microwave, we have a washing machine/dryer.

There is a self-contained balcony to take in some of the stunning views of our rolling Newcastle hills with a wine and charcuterie board.

The Area:

Located in the heart of Newcastle, exceptionally convenient to walk to most of our stunning bars and restaurants along the Honeysuckle foreshore.

There is a tram located directly in front of the Hunter St side of the building which can take you all the way to the end of the Newcastle foreshore.

If you are staying for work this is ideally situated in the CBD allowing very convenient access to business meetings and locally held corporate events.

Disabled Access:

- The building itself has all flat surfaces between areas, so no steps to consider.
- Pool entry has a ramp.
- All lifts are sufficiently spacious for access.
- Level 19 (Rooftop) is all one level.
