Ideal for our young family. Fantastic location within walking distance to many things that six and seven year olds find engaging - Nobbys, Ocean Baths, For Scratchley, and the park nearby was an added bonus for the boys to run amok while meals were being prepared. Communications were absolutely excellent. Will definitely revisit.

Carpet was filthy, water running down the inside of walls when it rains, cockroaches running around at night, loose tiles in toilet room, mites in bed that bite. Overall not the greatest.

Service we received was fantastic, the townhouse was older and a little dusty. Location was great for cafes and Newcastle and Nobby's beaches. Free wifi was also good.

Great location in the heart of Newcastle
We enjoyed our stay, the apartment had everything we needed, kitchen was well equipped. The location was great, just minutes walk to Newcastle Beach and the foreshore. There is a pub on the corner which was pretty loud, didn't bother us but might cause problems for families with little ones who are light sleepers. We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness in the apartment though. The floor was really grimy, our feet were made filthy. The booking process and obtaining access was all very easy and communication was all via text & email so didn't meet any staff but it was all very polite and efficient.

Great location but needs to be fixed up.
The location was great and it was great to have parking in the area. The owners were great to deal with and check in was easy. Unfortunately the walls were peeling or had damage in several rooms, the kettle didn't work and the kitchen wasn't that well equipped.
