As ‘KALANG ’ is in a residential area, we have a strict 'No parties or Events' policy and ask that all guests respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly at night.
~GUEST ACCESS~
Guests have access to the whole house, except two rooms that are locked and the garage. These are not to be accessed by guests and have been locked. Any attempts to access them will not be welcome.
The property has a smart lock on the carport roller door. Guests will need to download an app in order to open and shut the roller door. To do this guests will need to supply an email address so an invite can be sent to them.
If guests are not comfortable using an app to open and shut the roller door, there are other options to access the property and open and shut the roller door.
~OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE~
Limited amounts of essential items such as dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, toilet paper and the like have been provided. Kitchen contains basic items for guests (tea, coffee, cling wrap etc.). Milk is not supplied as everyone's preferences are different. During your stay, these will not be replenished, so if you require more of these items you will have to purchase them.
Gas fireplace is only available during the cooler months, however owner prefers that guests use the reverse cycle air conditioners to heat and cool the property.
**No pool/beach towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own.
