Centrally located on Brunker Road in Adamstown, our 3 Bedroom Cottage, sleeps up to 5 people and is the perfect family getaway. The beach is only 10 minutes away and all other key points in Newcastle also 10 minutes away.
The residence has its own private entrance at the back of the premise, where you can easily slip into relaxation mode with the surrounding garden and back deck.
The space
The living and dining area look out over the deck and the surrounding high hedges giving total privacy. The entrance to the Cottage is via the stairs near the deck.
There is a fantastic entertaining deck with gas BBQ facilities and dining for 6 people. There is extra seating space along the custom-built garden seat.
Festoon lighting makes the perfect outdoor lighting for the evenings.
Internal laundry with front loader washing machine. The driveway can fit 2 cars behind each other, or there is free parking on the street.
Walking distance to local cafes and the main shops on Brunker Road including Post Office, Chemist, Butcher and Foodworks. 10 minute drive to Merewether Beach, 5 minute drive to McDonald Jones Stadium, 8 minutes to Kotara Westfields and Restaurants, and 14 minutes to the center of Newcastle. Celebrations Bottle shop is next door.

The living and dining space has a HD wall mounted SMART TV with netflix and a split system air-conditioner. Lots of windows to open and enjoy the afternoon breeze.
A small selection of childrens puzzles and toys in the white cabinet for the little ones. High chair available on request.
A fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, complete cooking facilities, family size fridge/ freezer, coffee machine, tea and coffee supplies.
Guest access
The Cottage is located at the back of the property and accessed via the door near the deck. The front of the premise is a Retail Store which operates Mon-Fri 8.30am - 3.30pm. You will have your own access up the driveway.
When you arrive, enter through the 2 white driveway gates and go straight down the driveway at the side of the house to your private entrance at the back of the premise.
Other things to note
Although we are located in the hub of things, we like to make sure our neighbours are happy and by keeping things pretty low-key, so I just ask that you keep noise to a minimum after 11pm.
The property has a security camera on the side verandah facing Brunker Road as part of the shop security.
No smoking on the property at all. Sorry!
