If you are looking to make the most of the city’s stunning beaches you are less than 5 minutes from having your toes in the sand.

This charming property sits above Newcastle’s most popular dining precinct, with a gorgeous balcony complete with iron fretwork and French doors, from which to enjoy the view and the hustle and bustle of this vibrant eat street.

Consisting of two double-sized bedrooms this property has plenty of space for a large family or the whole friendship group. The main bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed plus futon sofa and access to the balcony through double French doors. The second bedroom contains a triple bunk and a work station - so this apartment is ideal for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, a group holiday or a work trip! The large lounge room contains a TV with all the free to air channels and an additional sofa bed, again with access to the balcony, looking over bustling Darby Street. A fully equipped and generously stocked kitchen allows you to cook at home if you tire of the amazing food just outside your door or if you want a quiet night in. This modern kitchen opens onto the dining area which seats 6 people comfortably – a great spot if you want to prepare your own meals or for a quick breakfast before you start your day!

All of this is located in the heart of Darby Street, with every convenience right at your doorstep. You are also just 3 mins to Bar Beach and 5 mins to the uber-popular surf break at Dixon Park Beach or Merewether beach, Surf House and ocean baths. The CBD is a very easy stroll and it is only a 4 minute Uber ride to Honeysuckle.

The modern bathroom with large vanity and lots of storage is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash to help you feel right at home and to make your trip a breeze. For longer stays, the property provides the convenience of a European laundry and detergent is also supplied.

Enjoy the beautiful Newcastle weather on outdoor lounges on the front veranda, the perfect place for a spot of people watching and a bottle of wine!

Important Note: The designated car space is suitable for a small to medium car only - the driveway is fairly narrow. Paid street parking also available for larger cars, however availability can not be guaranteed.
