You are also just 3 mins to Bar Beach and 5 mins to the uber-popular surf break at Dixon Park Beach or Merewether beach, Surf House and ocean baths. The CBD is a very easy stroll and it is only a 4 minute Uber ride to Honeysuckle.

NOISE
Please note that the property is located directly on Darby Street and can be loud at night especially on the weekends.

Car space for a small to medium car only. The driveway is fairly narrow. Paid street parking also available.
Extra Guests/Sofa Beds
Please let us know if you intend to have extra guests sleeping on the sofa beds so that we can ensure there is linen for them! Early Check-In & Late Check-Outs
We understand how holidays, work trips and family or friend get togethers work and how travel can be tricky. We are happy to attempt to accommodate requests for early check ins and late check outs but, it is all about communication, so please advise in your booking request if you would like us to consider this. If we have not discussed early arrival or the possibility of you checking out late we will proceed with business as usual…which includes our cleaners arriving bright and early.
