Overall I recommend!
Hi- The property was very clean, spacious and as listed. A few recommendations based on our experience- *Since there is only AC in one bedroom, it got pretty hot. There were several fans which helped some. Unfortunately because of the humidity, the downstairs had condensation on the tile floor which made it very slippery. My 4 year old granddaughter fell several times. Some type of dehumidifier would help. * When we arrived and went into the house, all the windows were closed and it was obvious that it hadn't been occupied for a bit, so it was extremely hot and humid. Not a great way to start the vacation. I recommend opening the windows, closing the shades (to minimize the sun) and putting on the fans early the day of arrival so that it isn't so uncomfortable the first night. *The upstairs bathroom has two very large windows that faced the front of the house, (& street!) and there was NO curtain. (very odd). We had to hang a blanket. *There was also no curtain in the upstairs bedroom which had a full size bed. A toaster would be really help. The toaster oven that was available was extremely slow at toasting. -The showers were all great, never ran out of hot water. Beds, towels, etc. all good. This house is huge, we never felt Claustrophic! Having two refrigerators, butler's pantry, a kitchen island, a disposal, and a W&D were clutch! The beach - 5 minutes away was REALLY nice. It was clean, not too crowded, only $5 person. ~If you are a skier this home is perfect!! TY!

Nice for large group
Very nice place in a good location. Functional kitchen with room for several people to cook all at once. The house layout works well for a large group. Sound travels in the open concept but it doesn't echo. If you have allergies, the basement area is pretty musty. The porch is a great place to hang out in the evening. We stayed during a heat wave. The only missing amenity is a/c.

Great family getaway
This is a beautiful home that was exactly as pictured in the listing. The Relax Co. was very easy to work with and the home had everything that we needed and then some. Great location for Lake Sunapee and Mt. Sunapee area. Would definitely stay here again.
