"We had a wonderful time bike riding, walking the property, and swimming. We went during the off season and had the whole pool and got tub to ourselves. We are definitely coming back!"

"Five Pines was the perfect place for our “staycation”! As an extremely busy couple, we needed a night away from the hustle to relax for our anniversary and Five Pines delivered! We stayed in one of the romance cabins with the huge soaking tub and absolutely loved it. The cabin was very clean and cozy. We will be back very soon for a longer stay! "

"Suite is dated and basic. Off season and limited things to do onsite. Staff was helpful, property currently going through some remodeling, no phone in room to call to front desk, was hoping to let them know there was no remote for the TV. "

"This is my first time staying at this hotel. Really enjoyed the vibe in the lobby in the room rooms and the aesthetics. I would say the only thing that’s a bit of a challenge is parking. Especially on the weekends. But aside from that, the staff was amazing. The area in downtown Redmond has drastically improved. It just feels. Awesome "

"2 friends & I arrived at this boutique Hotel to celebrate a birthday. Luckily for us this included a pre-paid comedy show in their bar/snack restaurant. The hotel lobby had a warm fire burning & comfortable seating. Our room was near the pool/hot tub. Pool was closed for winter, but they also had a fire pit in an enclosed patio area near the grassy dog walk area. $35 for a weeks stay is more than reasonable for the fee I paid for my dog. The room was freshly renovated with a modular wall system...

"Overall convenient hotel but not really within walking distance of downtown. Appreciated the WiFi and free parking as well as the affordability of the hotel as a whole. If looking to be within walking distance, would book a different hotel. Overall a pleasant experience, continental breakfast was provided and is similar to other continental breakfasts provided."

"The staff was friendly and the room was spacious. I loved having a balcony over looking the river :) the only down side was their steam room wasn't working and pool area could use a little renovation. Overall, we had a stellar stay ! "

"I love this place so much! It was cute and quirky, clean and comfortable, and very unique. My room was small but very comfortable. I didn’t mind the bathroom down the hall. I enjoyed the fun decor. Breakfast was to die for, absolutely delicious. There were two types of frittata’s, as well as waffles, fruit, sausage, bacon, hashbrowns, and many more things. The looseleaf tea selection was amazing. would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"Overall just what you would expect for a residence inn. What I did not expect and was very surprised was a daily parking charge. Fortunately, the hotel waived the charge when I complained because it was a surprise to me. It is less likely I will stay here in the future because of the charge. It’s a silly thing that irritates me. There are other choices in better locations which I will utilize next time in Bend. "

"This is the Perfect place to stay for snowboarding/ski trips to Mt Bachelor. I gave it 5 stars because it’s exactly what it claims to be… It’s a clean, comfortable place to stay that’s convenient to the airport, downtown Bend, Mt. Bachelor, Hoodoo Ski Resort, and Sisters, Oregon. The breakfast is good, the staff is nice, and the beds are comfortable. This is my go-to, no-nonsense, no-frills, no headache, reliable place to stay when I travel to Bend. I’ve stayed there 4 times this year already...
