A charming and private park-like setting on 10 acres with manicured lawns, organic garden, playground, and 360 views. The estate is just 4 miles from Newberg & George Fox University with easy access to Hwy 99 and Oregon's most famous wineries. You'll have your own patio and grill, private parking, and deck with outdoor seating. Seasonal heated pool is available for an additional fee.

3 nights minimum from June 1st - September 30th. 2 nights minimum from October 1st - May 31st.

There is a property caretaker, Homer, who lives onsite. He is available to address any immediate needs.

Nice accommodations for out of town family visit.
The setting in the trees was beautiful. The open kitchen and family room space worked well for a large group. Outdoor patios were a hit! The kids loved exploring the property. Entering and exiting off Wilsonville Road was the only drawback and got easier as they became more familiar with the road.

Amazing Property, Even Better Property Owner
I never leave reviews anywhere because I am an active mom of two active kids. But, for this property and for its owner, I will. Alina was responsive to our concerns and more than accommodating. It was a bit warm the first few days we arrived and after mentioning we were having a hard time figuring out (what we thought were) the AC units, Alina bought and had delivered three window AC units. Jonathon, her property caretaker, was very kind and helpful anytime we needed him or had questions—which was once because the router needed to be reset and he was energetic to help us. The home was beautifully decorated and was a peaceful place to gather in the mornings for coffee, or in the evening for drinks. The property was serene, private, and idyllic. One of our favorite memories was making s’mores at the fire pit. The pool was a great equalizer and all the kids (11) had a blast swimming all day. This house has it all and Alina and her crew are some of the sweetest, most attentive people you could hope to do business with. We gathered here for a family reunion and a memorial service and we will 100% be back (hopefully just for the reunion next time)!
