Approximately 30 minutes from NYC and 12 minutes from Newark Penn and EWR.

Dispose of ALL trash and recyclables in the Bin by the refrigerator.
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself.
Try not to stain the bed sheets. Stains that are not removable may incur additional charges.
We kindly ask you not to flush any sanitary napkins, paper towels… Remember the 3 P's of flushing: Pee, (toilet) Paper, Poo.
No open flames. (i.e. candles…)
Do not eat in the living room. Use the room or kitchen.
Street parking is available. Please do not block driveways or other vehicles.
Ensure all lights are off and doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
For your safety, please familiarize yourself with the location of the exit, fire extinguisher, and first aid kits.
Please use the internet responsibly. Illegal activities or excessive downloading is prohibited.
We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises of the property. We are not responsible for lost items and valuables. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are to abide by the rules to avoid additional charges.
