The Bennett I African Oasis

The Bennett I African Oasis is a trip without a passport. The apartment was designed with an appreciation for African culture inspiring dreamers to reset, reflect, and create. The Oasis is within 50 minutes to NYC (Times Square) via express shuttle bus (112) or NJ Transit (North Elizabeth train station).

The apartment is configured as the bottom unit of a townhouse. Therefore, there is one separate apartment (Simon Stays I Thai Oasis) above.

Things to note:
1. This listing is ideal for 10 guests with 5 beds. There is one air mattresses that can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests.
2. There is a 10pm noise curfew that’s enforced.
3. The backyard is shared with guests from the apartment above.
4. Only guests included on the reservation are allowed onto the property.
5. Events require pre-approval and start with a minimum additional cost of $500.
6. There are approximately 2 steps to enter the apartment (1st floor) and 12 steps to enter the 2nd floor.
7. The property comes with access to a two-car private garage. There's also access to public street parking, which is usually available on the same street or close to the property.
1. No shoes are allowed inside of the property.
2. No visitors are allowed who are not included in the initial reservation.
3. Absolutely no parties. By booking this reservation, you give us permission to cancel or shorten your stay if you are disruptive or allow additional people onto the property for any reason.
