House Rules and Important Information:
Parking: Parking is available in our private garage for $30 per day per car. Please confirm with us after booking if you need a spot.
Shuttle Service: Convenient shuttle rides to the Path Train run every 20-30 minutes during peak hours (Monday to Friday, 6-9 am, 5-8:30 pm).
Key Fob: You'll receive a key fob for access to all amenities, including the gym and package room. Please return the key fob before departure. A $100 fee applies if lost or not returned.
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in after 3 pm and check-out by 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out are available for $100 each. Contact us if interested.
Extra Air Mattress: Need an extra air mattress? Confirm with us before booking, and we'll do our best to accommodate (subject to availability).
No Smoking/Drug Use: Our property is smoke-free. Any evidence of smoking or drug use will result in a $1,000 fee, cancellation of your reservation, and no refund.
No Parties: Parties are prohibited. A $2,000 fee will be charged if a party occurs, your reservation will be cancelled, and no refund will be given.
