This home is wonderful, great location to the highway and local transportation. Clean inside and out neighborhood was peaceful and family oriented. The owner was present and honest responsive. Every time I visit New York or New Jersey I will choose this location. I will even plan around its availability. Yes it is thst good. Thank you on behalf of the Nevils

Better than expected.

It seems like the property was new to VRBO. There were noticeable improvements that are necessary, however, the beds looked and felt new and were comfortable. Our Uber drivers all commented that the location was not an ideal neighborhood but that didn't seem to be a major issue for us during our stay. We definitely didn't feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood and only were picked up and dropped off by Uber drivers. The owner was very responsive and nice. This was a very late booking during a busy time of the year (between Christmas and New Years). Given that the value was OK. The property was not far from NJ Penn Station which was ideal to take several train options to New York City.
