My cleaning fee is lower than most rentals and it covers basic cleaning like washing of linens and towels, vacuuming, etc. The cleaning fee does not cover deep cleaning, excessive kitchen and bathroom cleaning, etc. Thanks for your cooperation!

Guests are responsible for taking out their trash to the street during their stay. I will give you details of when to place the trash outside for pickup. Thanks.

If you check out late, there will be a $100 per hour fee for each hour or fraction of an hour that you stay beyond the check out time.

If you smoke, use incense, use drugs of any kind (including marijuana and cannabis) anywhere on the property including outside areas and common areas, I will charge a $300 fee. If there are damages related to smoking or drug use, I will charge fees in addition to this $300.
