Weekend getaway to see local residents
The place was absolutely cute, quiet, and peaceful—perfect for a short weekend. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the well-manicured grounds added to the serene atmosphere. One of the highlights for me was the separate entrance, which made it feel like I had the whole place to myself. The space was thoughtfully designed with comfortable sleeping arrangements. While the property had some fun touches like bean bags and a hammock that my kids enjoyed, I wouldn't necessarily say it’s the most family-friendly spot. It’s definitely more suited for those looking to unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet. We didn’t swim, but the dock was a fantastic feature—ideal for when a friend picked us up for a day out on the lake. The hosts were wonderful, with great communication throughout our stay, making everything smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I had such a great experience here that I’d absolutely book again. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-kept retreat to relax and recharge, this is the place for you.
