Hotel was terrible. Stayed on the second floor and our room did not have heat. With the winter conditions outside and having children in the room, you can imagine this is not ideal. The front desk stated this was a known issue and the maintenance team was coming at 10 am. Our room was 58 degrees all night. We were told it was fixed and they gave us a space heater. So the next day when we checked out it was another night of freezing in our room because the heat was not fixed. While waiting in the lobby for my husband to pull up in the car, a guest came down to complain about how cold her room was and she was told the same thing we were told the day prior. That the issue was known and the maintenance man was coming at 10 am. So with that said there is absolutely an issue with the heating in this hotel. For the price we paid to freeze, it was not worth it at all. I was going to tell the woman at the front desk that they were lying and we were told the same thing but I figured why fight her battles. Word to the wise DO NOT STAY HERE!

First trip ever to nyc! The staff was pleasant for the most part. They have a nice bar connected to it that was chill! The rooms were decent as well and clean. One of the two elevators were down for most of the trip making it inconvenient especially when leaving since we had to use the stairwell with all our luggage from a top floor since we could never get on. But overall a nice stay

The property is conveniently located in lower Manhattan/Chinatown area but is showing its age. The room had wet carpet for the entire week I was there which created a very unpleasant modly/mildew smell for my entire stay. Breakfast was adequate (certainly not worth the $20 a day resort fee), Wi-Fi worked well.There was a nice rooftop bar on the 18th floor (in summer there is an outside space as well) and 2 restaurants on the lower level. Several.days one of the two elevators weren't working in the morning so had to uae stairwell to reach ground floor.

Great location close to little Italy, subways and good food! The staff is really nice, and the room was a little small but it works for NY and you are not in the room all the time anyway. Breakfast in the morning was good and convenient to eat at the property or take it to go.

I mis-booked the date. Staff was rude when I was confused about as much when I was simply trying to understand the situation. I didn't try to explore any avenues because I felt genuine disdain from the woman at the front desk so I just ate the cost. It was approximately around 5-6 AM when I arrived.

The air conditioning in our room did not work, and it took almost two hours for them to send engineers and ultimately move us that took away from our quiet time in the afternoon, which was not fair. We wanted to take a nap and rest up before a party on Halloween. We did not get to do that.
