The apartment was clean & comfortable. My questions were answered effectively and prompt. If you have a car, there’s never street parking available & we had to go park 4 blocks away. It’s not the best place to relax because the neighbors are very loud and music is always very loud. I don’t have a problem with loudness so we were fine. Overall it’s a good place to stay unless you have a car or want to relax.

Never ever again. Host was rude. Never introduced himself. I felt like he was lurking in the wings just watching us. On top of that he asked for a copy of my Card/ Front & Back as well as a Copy Front & Back of the DMV ID for every quest in the house. The app states free parking available. Miss leading street parking in a very congested area.WIFI is non Existente. Had a 6 night reservation but left after 1 night. Did not feel like my family would be safe there. Inside or out. Never ever again

This palce said they have limited private parking but that’s only for people who actually lives there. So they should describe it as no parking. There was street parking but everytime its full. We had to spent 32$ for everynight for parking in garage. If I had know that they do not have parking I should not book this hotel which’s far away from downtown. It was not worth to spent $ to parking as well.

The area doesn’t look safe at all. The people from the place downstairs did noise the whole night so loud that we couldn’t sleep. We DIDNT HAVE WIFI THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE. Plus I got charged 25 dlls more per person when in the description says 10 dlls . Expedia couldn’t even do much and I had To pay cash once I got there . Something I found kinda weird and shady. Also the place doesn’t have mirrors except for the small one in the bathroom . If you want to visit NY And tour around THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU !!!

Good appt terrible area for family
People popping fire extinguisher outside wetting up your car and dancing. Took us 1 hour one night to find a decent parking and still got a ticket. Area in general is a terrible location to bring family. Always have to watch your every turn here.

Clean spacious apartment in the Bronx
Everything was as promised except there wasn't WiFi in the apartment. The check-in process was very easy and the guy even helped carry our bags in. I would stay again but the neighborhood may not be ideal for everyone. There is a lot of people hanging out and the sidewalks are dark at night. We walked the neighborhood coming and going to the subway stations all times of day and night with a toddler, two young kids, and a senior citizen and never had any problems.

I didn’t even stay. I lost 900 dollars bc there is no refund. I absolutely refused to stay there. It is nothing like the pictures online. Horrible communication with the owners. I would never recommend anyone to stay there.

This apartment is very spacious & super worth it. Area is not too bad, parking is alittle hard, but that’s New York for you in general. Overall, apartment was great and we weren’t being bothered at all like they do in hotels. The rooms are great and big and it was super clean in here. Every time I come to NY, I will book this place over and over.

Very Nice Apartment
Apartment was very nice & clean. Staff helpful and responds immediately to any concerns. Rooms were nice and big with comfortable beds. Curtains were sheer so mornings really made the room bright. Could benefit from rom darkener curtains or shades. Only problem, how price is set for sleeping 6 ppl but once you book $50 added on per day because of having 6 ppl. Overall a pleasant stay fully meeting our needs.

I had difficulty after paying for the hotel on orbitz. It is in a unsafe, unclean locality. Interiors of the rooms OK. It ruined my entire trip!
