It was clean & nice Lobby. Nothing really special for the price. A bit bigger than the last hotel I was in NY. What I didn't like was there was no coffee or kettle in room. How hard is it to put that in a room? Plus, not very secure, as you could just walk up to your room & didn't need room key to access the elevator. I the morning there was a lady wandering the halls & tried to walk into my room as I was exiting. I feel not needing your key to use the elevator ensures random people off the street can't come up to the room hallways.

An excellent hotel. Central location and amazing staff. The hotel is centrally located around a plethora of dining, shopping and cocktails options. Every single staff member is excellent!!!
