The studio offers easy access to iconic attractions like Madison Square Garden, Koreatown, Flatiron District, Broadway, a 4-minute walk to the Empire State Building and 15 minutes walking distance to Times Square. 

The are is also surrounded by wonderful restaurantes and charming coffe shops where you can get your day started. You can find the bigger chains like Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks but my preffered breakfast spots are Bear Donuts and Bread & butter, where you can ejoy 24/7 breakfats service. If what you're looking for a cozy dinner we have several options like: Il Corso (italian food), Momofuku Noodle Bar (Asian noodles) and the american staple Shakeshack Burger."

"This cozy property is located on the 4th floor of the building, tucked away in the interior part, offering a peaceful and tranquil environment. Please note that the window is small and faces the interior, so there are no wide views. While the space is generally quiet, occasional noise from the surrounding neighborhood may be heard from time to time, which is beyond our control. We hope this helps set the right expectations, and we are sure you’ll enjoy the calm atmosphere during your stay.

Despite this, the apartment offers a comfortable and convenient retreat amid the hustle and bustle of New York City.

The building has 3 elevators and also a staircase that will help you get around and prevent long queues while wanting to go to your apartment to rest after a long day. "

This cozy studio is fantastic for a family or a group of friends whom comes to discover the big apple. It accomodate up to 2 guest. Featuring a double bed. Ideal for a small family adventure or a solo trip getaway. One big towel per person, bed linens, 2 pillow per person and duvets are provided on each bed.

 The studio is equipped with a basic kitchenette where you will be able toprepare basic meal and snack during your stay. Perfect to prepare a quick breakfast and coffee before exploring this incredible city.

The private bathroom is stocked with basic essentials, including shampoo and toiletries for the first few days. A hair dryer, mirror, and towels are provided for everyone. The bathroom has a nice shower. Since the space is limited, friendly arrangements and good communication with your family or friends will help ensure a tidy and comfortable stay. After a day of sightseeing, dining, or shopping, return to your cozy space to unwind and recharge.

Amenities include: air conditioning ( it can be remove on winter season to prevent cold aire coming throug), central heating, Wi-Fi, Smart TV to connect your NetFlix account. Laundry services are available in the building ussing coins. Check in time is at 4PM and check out at 10AM. In case you are interested let me know. The building offers 24/7 concierge for late check-ins. In case you arrive before the check in time, we can store your luggage for free from 9AM to 5PM. Good news! In case your flight has a late departure, there is am external service offered from the bulding where you can store your luggage at the check out dayfor $5 per piece from 9AM to 5PM. This is an external service offered and charges from the building managment due to the big amount of tourist and families staying in the building.
