The general manager was incredibly accommodating and we enjoyed our stay I booked two rooms and it was very clean and well maintained and secure Plenty of delis and food options within walkable distance. We were incredibly pleased with our experience here would stay here again

The hotel is new, it’s very clean and the staff does a great job of cleaning and replacing things daily. The sheets were nice and the service was great. I would stay again. I left my AirPods there by accident and the cleaners/staff notified me asap. Very respectable

The property is new and it feels like it. My room was spacious and clean. However, the lobby is rather small with nowhere to wait and there are no bedside lights or switches so I had to get out of bed to turn off the lights after late night reading. Also, a bit more variety needed at breakfast. However, I will stay there again

New hotel, so bed very comfortable and general hotel condition is very good. Location is not incredibly convenient, and they don’t store luggage. While there are plenty of pay luggage services in the general area, it’s pretty inconvenient. It’s one of the reasons one chooses a hotel and not an airbnb for short stays. They’ll let you check in early if there is a room, but not something to count on.

Finger prints all on the door knob the floors were dirty and it was some gunk in the bathroom on the switch & hair on the air conditioner.I was too tired to complain for a room switch but other then That it's not too bad. The hotel was perfect for getting around and into manhattan, room was clean and facilities great. However, breakfast is called a “grab and go” and is a paper bag with cake and granola bars and on the last day our flight was in the evening- they refused to watch our things and so as we couldn’t go into New York with suitcases we left to go to the airport early/ thus losing a day of our trip! I know that no one is obliged to do this however, they stated they would only look after bags of those arriving and not leaving.

This is a new property, it looks great. There is no carpeting so the hallways and the rooms so it is loud. Everyone that went by our room was heard. The curtains are not long enough to keep out the light. Breakfast was prebagged, no tea or hot chocolate. Was it terrible, no, would I go back no. I forgot my toothbrush, and they did have a complimentary one. Thank yiu

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. There is no proper lobby, and when I arrived, the staff seemed indifferent to my presence, sitting behind bulletproof glass without acknowledging me. I even had to double-check the address to confirm I was in the right place—it hardly felt like a hotel. I arrived early and asked if I could leave my suitcase, but was told that wasn’t allowed. When I asked to use the bathroom, I was only given directions after practically begging. For a hotel charging premium prices, the complete lack of service and hospitality was shocking. Once inside the room, things didn’t improve. There was no closet, the floor and shower were covered in hair, and overall the room felt unclean. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere. This was far from worth the price.

Wir hatten vermutlich das schlechteste Zimmer im ganzen Haus. Die ganze Nacht haben wir die Gespräche der Rezeption gehört! Am Tag waren wir zum Glück unterwegs! Das Zuschlagen der Treppenhaustüre ca. Alle 2 Minuten war auch nicht zu überhören! Sehr sehr hellhörig!!!! Das Frühstücksbuffet können wir nicht beurteilen. Nach kurzem Blick in den Frühstücksraum oder besser gesagt Zimmer im Keller! sind wir sofort umgekehrt, da klar war hier werden wir nichts essen! Unmöglich, würde hier nie wieder buchen!
