Overall good experience, convenient location and clean room. The downside is that the elevator is a bit old and slow. Also the door is very close to the elevator so you can hear the sound of elevator every morning.

It is well located in midtown Manhattan, the staff is really nice and helpful, rooms are not huge but really well layed out, theres a mini bar, coffees and teas, cable tv, only thing missing a bit in my eyes is a room service. First time staying here and needed something convenient to Grand Central and the UN for work. Great location, easily walkable, excellent restaurants in any direction, and near attractions like the Met and Central Park. Highly recommend for a short stay. I have stayed at the Pestana Park now many times. When you walk in the lobby is scented so well (what do they use!), the location is near perfect (close to Grand Central yet very quiet) and the rooms are immaculate. The highlight is the staff. They are so kind and attentive. I couldn’t recommend it more.
