The hotel itself is very lovely, wonderful service, staff were professional and courteous, just lovely people. The surrounding area of the property could be cleaner but every large city has its pockets of flaws, not horrific enough to deter me from coming back

Enjoyed my stay at pestana CR7, staff was very friendly … i arrived before the check in time, they could not check me in at the time but they held my luggage because i couldn’t walk with it. I would stay there again when I’m in NYC… Siuuuuuuu

Comfortable, modern rooms. Showers, fixtures are high end. Free great coffee & tea, water morning bagels/ croissants 24x7. Pleasant modern ambiance. Convenient to train station and midtown with a deli 20 steps away for groceries & lunch. I stay in NYC hotels a lot and will keep Pestana on my preferred list. The rooms aren't big but work for one person on business or two without a lot of luggage

Amazing stay in the prime location
I stayed with my partner here for my birthday and it exceeded any of my expectations. We received a complimentary upgrade of the room and a sweet surprise, which was very pleasant and special. The room was tidy and the bed was comfortable, all stuff members were helpful and friendly, I want to highlight Antonio who helped us a lot. There’s a parking reservation available really close to the hotel which makes everything easier, don’t forget to book it in advance though. The hotel is going through renovation so some areas are blocked but it didn’t bother us. The location is perfect and there are a lot of great restaurants in the area too.

Personal sehr unpersönlich, kein Hallo usw., guckten fast nur auf Ihre Bildschirme. Beim Check in am 28.11.23 abends haben wir 5 mal vergebens darum gebeten etwas langsamer mit uns zu sprechen, weil wir nichts verstanden hatten. Hatten den Eindruck, dass ein "Roboter" vor uns steht. Mussten nochmals über 176 Dollar für eine Gebühr (1 Flasche Wasser, Fitnessraum, Tageszeitung online!) bezahlen?! Die Zimmer sind ok, aber sehr klein, keine Sitzgelegenheit, außer einem Minihocker. Aus der Klimaanlage (gleichzeitig Heizung) zog es permanent, haben wir nachts mit Kissen zugedeckt. Außerdem sehr laut. Insgesamt ok, aber was soll man unter Lifestyle Hotel verstehen? Laute Musik in der Lobby und unterschriebene Bälle von Christano Ronaldo in der Vitrine?
