Hyvä sijainti, mukava henkilökunta, helppo kulkea Manhattanilla.
At first the room was cold. I informed the front desk. I was in the city rehearsal at Carnegie Hall. Upon returned at midnight the room was cold. Then they sent the handiman to fix it.
Great budget hotel, excellent location, quiet room (in back), plenty warm (no temperature issues), small bathroom but clean and sufficient, good water pressure, quick hot water. Room had a desk, chair, and TV. The design was horribly outdated, but who cares? I find the sleek modern Hilton rooms ugly too, with really crappy abstract flower art. This is normal, and you aren't spending time in the room anyway. Perfect for a solo traveler.

We decided to reserve a room based off of the photos found on Expedia. We never expected the hotel to be fancy, but we also didn’t expect it to be so small, the rooms were cold, only having a radiator behind the bed, and the bathrooms were freezing. Our room had a large walk in closet, and a reasonable sized bathroom. The hallways reminded me of a cruise ship, very narrow. I would only recommend this hotel to a friend, based on the location. Central Park is a block away, Times Square is a few blocks down 7th Ave, shopping is within a few blocks. You really cannot beat the location, and price. This hotel is perfect for a weekend trip, where you wouldn’t be in the room for long periods of time.
Only 1 block to the Central Park, 15 minute walk to Time Square and even cloer to several theaters. Small and old hotel but it is clean and the price is right. I would stay fhere again.

few things to be aware of
Great location. Room was very clean.
The only things i have to mention are: 1) the breakfast - they give you a coupon good for a BAD coffee and a beggle or muffin next door. Not too many seats available - tight space and the lady there she's not very "customer-service-oriented". 2) room had a portable - window air conditioning unit installed with some plastic sheet to fill the gap between unit and window margins. Well.. you could see outside beneath it and at night, cold air would blow inside. Not energy efficient at all. 3) minifridge in room did not work and TV has a bad bad bad resolution.
Ok for the money in NY, convenient otCentral Park and subways. Small room, noisy when folks are in the hallways. Room clean, bed not too comfortable. Just an OK kind of place.

Great location but no basic amenities like a lobby, ice machine, coffee/tea available, alarm clock. The included breakfast required going to the pizzeria next door where a woman who looked like she hasn't smiled since the Carter administration gave you a cup of coffee and one pastry. Period. The hotel staff that I encountered were fine and they did store my bag for a few hours. If you're OK with spartan accommodations near Central Park, this is the place for you.
AMAZING LOCATION. It was great not having to take cabs everywhere, but it was admittedly at the cost of staying in a comfortable, clean, updated room. The bed was hard as a rock but for the price and location, I’d still stay there again.
The room was freezing, and the bed was super uncomfortable. It felt like I was in a prison cell.

its nice.
Location is very good. Comfort wise, it was not all that good since the cot provided makes lot of sound and looks like it is broken. Hotel should mention very clearly that they do not provide the break fast as the one provided was not good/adequate
Personal on the front desk witn perfect attention, too friendly
But the room ... The worst hotel room i ever know
Terrible with roach in the bathroom
All the furniture older and the most terrible bad with plastic protector
La stanza così piccola che a mala pena entrano i bagagli. In bagno due persone non entrano. La colazione è meglio che la escludono perché bisogna uscire fuori dall'hotel e andare in una pizzeria sporca.
This hotel is an absolute HOLE. Like a few of the reviews I read on here I thought I will only be there for 3 nights, all I need is a bed and a shower, the reviews aren't great but how bad can it be right? TERRIBLE
I arrived at night, the foyer isn't amazing but gave no indication of what was in store. The lift is slow. Forget about using it in the morning, the cleaners prop it open for their trolleys.
Walked into the room and it felt like I had stepped back in time. The carpets haven't been replaced since the 70's, the furniture looks like it was it was picked up for free off the curb somewhere. Absolutely filthy to the point that I tried to avoid walking on the carpets. Sat down on the bed, immediately noticed the condition. Felt like it had been left for a homeless shelter and somehow found it's way to this hotel. It has a creaking, uncomfortable, box spring mattress that makes a noise with every movement. The metal headboard banged into the wall with every movement as well and I had to pull the filthy thing away from the wall.
Room itself was right on 58th street. Windows are not in any way sealed nor can close properly, Could hear every car and dump truck speeding down with constant traffic on 58th. I can sleep through anything but this was too much for me even.
Bathroom old and dilapidated. Tip: showers do heat up, so old the labels came off the taps. The hot and cold taps are switched around! Guys stay here with a wife/gf you will leave single.
Checked in to a very narrow hallway
No bellman
No doorman
Dirty lobby
Disgusting place that needs total renovation
Didn't have key for me as they had internet problems
The place is gross

L'albergo è in una ottima location. Pulizia ok ma la colazione e un vero disastro. Ti danno un bigliettino esci nella pizzeria accanto e una signora molto scartata ti butta la roba
A hotel without any charm whatsoever. Tiny reception - and not very helpful. The breakfast is next door in a dirty pizzaria.
The room was tiny, dirty, and noisy the TV was vere bad quality, The bathroom ok.
Considering the prize (145$) it was probably the worst hotel room I ever have booked.
