My issue was the room was so small and didn't have a chair. They had a small desk but no chair. My room key also reset every day, so I'd have to get in line to have them reset it each day. My toilet also didn't work right. On the positive side, the price was the cheapest, the staff was nice and the room was clean. But ultimately, I would not stay there again.

The good: Short walk to Penn Station and subway & comfortable bed. Room 208 was tiny. 8' x 8', room with bed you can get in on one side and tiny sink. Bathroom is 4' x 4' with small shower & toilet. Lobby is tiny. Secured door to access hotel & lobby. Narrow staircase and hallway acess to room. Way overpriced at $270 with tax but it was an experience! Pretty loud street noises and trains but earplugs helped.

Apartment converted to hotel. Anywhere else the broken blinds, the tiny room, the noise would warrant a poor review. But for the price in Manhattan, it's hard to be too upset about any of that..
