This was a cosy and comfortable accomodation for my family holiday, visiting from out of town. The manager, Michelle, was very warm and hospitable - and went above and beyond to make sure we felt "at home". I will certainly consider this b n b first on the list when next holiday is planned!

Very nice brownstone in a quiet neighborhood very close to Flatbush Ave. It was quiet because there was no-one else in the house, which could be a problem if something goes wrong. The kitchenette was stocked with various cereals and coffee and tea; there was also peanut butter and microwave popcorn.

michell was so much help. I am disabled and she went out of her way to help us. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful brownstone she keeps. Impecabley clean thanks to her.

A very nice period building with nice features. However, the welcome was lacking abs there was no service or help at all. The area was an authentic taste of Brooklyn in Flatbush, however I it's not the most luxurious neighbourhood. Overall not a bad stay if you're just looking for a place to stay with no frills.

Great place to stay in Brooklyn.
The bed and breakfast was cozy and convenient. It's easy to get to from the Prospect Park subway station (BQS). The neighborhood is beautiful with lots of shops lining Flatbush Avenue. The WiFi could be better though. The firewall needs some tweaking, since I had to switch to my own hotspot in order to access POP3 email.

Very good value
Very warm welcome from the housekeeper and a quiet place to stay. Prospect Park is lovely on a sunny day and really close by. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Access to central Brooklyn and Manhattan is very easy by the subway, as is JFK airport.

The location was good. But the room was too small, inconvenience of four persons to one bathroom, door and key was a serious problem as it locks people out more often especially #5. The breakfast was not that good, and one had difficulty of getting immediate help.

It’s a bed WITHOUT breakfast. It provided us with basic sleeping conditions. Simply OK. Would not refuse to book again, but next time will certainly check out other options. The building and street have architectural interest and nearby Flatbush provided coffee and restaurants.

Good Alternative to Pricey Brooklyn Hotels
Loved the building on a pretty Brooklyn block close to the Q line which has direct access to Manhattan. (As with much of the area, some blocks are better than others.) Bed was comfortable, but unless you were on third floor you could hear everyone come and go on parquet floors. Breakfast was self-serve cereal and coffee. Rooms vary in size, from tiny to more than adequate. (I was assigned a tiny room on 3rd floor but there was a mix-up and I had a suite on second below loud footsteps. Seemed like a good place for parents visiting children but only if they live in small, nearby apartments on the same subway line.
