The staff is wonderful. They seem genuinely friendly and helpful. Many other nice things about this hotel. The minor issues are the lack of counter space in the bathroom and the way the hangers stack in the small closet instead of being side by side. The positives outweigh the negatives by a good margin.

The property is right in the middle of Koreatown on 5th avenue which made for very good dining options. The staff were friendly enough, especially the doormen. The rooms and the property itself were really small, almost uncomfortably so. You are paying NYC prices for the location. The room we were given was adapted for disability so there were shower bars and no shower door. When we ran the shower, the water got all over the bathroom floor. The room was no bigger than a small European room, however and we're not sure how a wheelchair would be able to get into that room. There was a $35 extra fee, though this is not a resort, that they tried to make up for with a $35 food credit that we couldn't use due to time but perhaps may have been used for a drink at the bar. You are paying for location at this property.

Absolutely love this property, stayed here 12/23-12/30 throughout Christmas and it was a overall amazing experience. Prime location, everything is about a 10-15 minute walk including time square. Hotel staff is amazing and welcome you everytime you come back “home”. Very clean and felt safe. Would highly recommend and would love to return here!

The double bed rooms are super small and nothing like the pictures. The drawers super short and shallow so only my pajamas fit in there. There was no door too the very tiny bathroom! I was staying in the double bed room with my 30 year old son and when one of was showering the other one had to just stay in his/her corner of the room so he/she wouldn’t see the naked person showering. On Sunday the cleaning lady found a dirty sock (not ours) and left it thinking it was ours. Obviously, whoever cleaned after the last guest didn’t do a thorough job and didn’t find the dirty sock!!!
