The property is conveniently located to a lot of tourist places to visit like Empire State Building, Time Square, One Vanderbilt, Grand Central, etc. A lot of dining options around. The staff were friendly. Wei, the assistant manager made sure that we were comfortable in our room. There were some issues with our previous room and he made it a point to make up for it. Barry, the doorman was also very courteous and would greet us by our name. The experience was pleasant.

The hotel amenities were very poor No shower cap no slippers very small rooms no china cups for coffee in the room They were not generous providing water bottle and coffee pods in the room The room has not been cleaned properly They even left the water glass with my lipstick on in the room and when I asked to bring water bottle and clean glass ,they just brought paper cup and didn’t replace the dirty glass

The back rooms view is really ugly it's not even exceptable The room floor not even need to be fixed The rooms are very close to each other and the doors when closing is so load I couldn't sleep because the room next to me they kept opening and closing the door They house keeping entered my room while I was in the washroom and told the front desk to check me out unbelievable

The location of this hotel was amazing and convenient to get around. Right next to Korea town and plenty of restaurants & coffee shops. The let down was the staff. Reception at the front desk was terrible and was always ready for a response which made no sense. A incidental hold was required which is standard in most hotels. However what the lady had said the price would be it was actually triple. I was charged $328 and I used a debit card which means it gets taken out my account. Upon check out I was refunded incorrectly. The hotel had yet to pay me $294. I had called 3 times about this matter luckily as I was still in New York so it was easy to call. First call one of the workers said it’s too soon and I should wait for the refund to come through however I tried explaining the refund has come through but not the correct amount. He reassured me I should wait. I was sceptical at this point and called back 3 days later and spoke to a woman who told me to get in touch with my bank and they can’t do anything about it and also responded to some of my questions with I don’t know. I asked her to pass it on to a manager. I spoke with a manager who literally spoke over me several times but managed to understand I paid twice the amount and apologised and told me I would get my refund. I then got a refund however it was roughly $40 short. I had to then get in touch via email. It took a lot of time and inconvenience. Would I stay here again? No. The rooms weren’t cleaned daily.

I travel to NY often for work and have been testing various business hotels in this vicinity, and in this price range. By a massive margin, this is absolutely the best business hotel that is available. (We have also stayed here with family for personal travel with teenage kids.) There is a great restaurant downstairs. The rooms are reasonably sized and very modern. The staff is pleasant. The property is clean. The area is great. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend!
